Despite what you may have been told, not all fats  have the same effect on your waistline. Monounsaturated fats help the body burn fat. The amazing thing about these fats is that it changes your body and  targets hard to lose areas. Polyunsaturated fats are used to build cell membranes and the covering of nerves. They are needed for blood clotting, muscle movement, and inflammation. By lowering inflammation you can help your body reduce body fat.

Aim to eat the majority of these monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats from this foods:

  • Avocados
  • Nuts and nut butters
  • Salmon, mackerel, sardines
  • Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Olives
  • Flax Seed Oil
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sesame seed Oil
